Yes? Then this article is for you!<\/p>\n\n<p>Participate in <em>Cinque Terre Walking Park<\/em> &#8211; <em>Special Plogging<\/em> events: you will have the opportunity to sign up for a guided hike, free of charge, accompanied by a hiking guide, and as you walk, you will get to help your surroundings by picking up litter along the way. The excursions are organized by the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.parconazionale5terre.it\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cinque Terre Park Authority<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Here is the CALENDAR:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>July 29 <\/strong><strong>Shrine of Our Lady of Reggio (Vernazza)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>August 29 <\/strong><strong>Shrine of N.S. Montenero (Riomaggiore)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Sept. 25 <\/strong><strong>N.S. of Health Volastra (Manarola)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Oct. 30 <\/strong><strong>San Bernardino (Corniglia)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>HOW TO PARTICIPATE:  <br\/>Write to <strong>visiteguidate@ati5terre.it<\/strong> and request registration for the date you prefer, don&#8217;t expect there are only 15 spots available!<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>USEFUL INFO:<br\/>YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED THE <strong>PLOGGING KIT: <\/strong>gloves, recycling bags, caps, provided by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acamambiente.com\/news\/operazione-di-aggregazione-iren-%E2%80%93-acam\">Acam Ambiente<\/a> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acamambiente.com\/news\/operazione-di-aggregazione-iren-%E2%80%93-acam\">Iren<\/a><\/strong> Group.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>MEETING WITH EXCURSION GUIDE:<\/strong> 9 a.m. difront Info Point of the Park, railway stations  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>MANDATORY: <\/strong>shoes suitable for hiking, closed and with non-slip soles | In case of adverse weather conditions the appointment will be canceled.
