How to Get Here
Riomaggiore and Manarola are located along the Ligurian coast, between La Spezia and Levanto, in the heart of the Cinque Terre. The two villages are easy to reach by train, by ferry during the tourist season and, with some limitations, also by car.

Weather Alerts
Weather alerts in the Cinque Terre should always be taken seriously. The area is fragile, with steep slopes, coastal villages, terraces and exposed trails. In the event of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions, specific safety measures may be introduced.
During a weather alert, some services may be suspended, such as ferry connections, and restrictions may apply to access to the National Park trails. The Municipality of Riomaggiore may also adopt self-protection measures for Riomaggiore, Manarola, Volastra and the other localities within the area.
Before and during your visit, we recommend checking the official channels of the Municipality, the Cinque Terre National Park and ARPAL Liguria, and always following the instructions provided by local authorities and staff in the area.
