Cinqueterre Residence

Cinqueterre Residence is a family-run establishment located in Riomaggiore, in the heart of the Cinque Terre National Park. Since 2003, we have welcomed guests with the passion and care of a family that lives in Riomaggiore and possesses a deep knowledge of the local area, its traditions, and its history. The property offers a peaceful, well-maintained setting surrounded by greenery—just minutes from the village center, yet tucked away from the bustle of the more crowded streets.

The residence is surrounded by gardens and Mediterranean vegetation, including lemon trees and aromatic plants native to the region—such as rosemary, thyme, and lavender—whose colors and scents help create an authentic, relaxing atmosphere.

We offer comfortable rooms and apartments, each featuring a private outdoor space and a complimentary minibar. Guests also have access to a dedicated hot tub area and a stunning panoramic terrace.

Every morning, we serve a rich buffet breakfast that highlights local flavors, featuring zero-mile products and ingredients from our own organic farm. We also offer a selection of wines from local producers, allowing our guests to discover and appreciate the excellent viticulture of the Cinque Terre.

Our multilingual reception team is available 12 hours a day. With their in-depth local knowledge, they are always ready to recommend the best hiking trails, authentic experiences, lesser-known routes, and must-do activities—helping every guest explore the Cinque Terre beyond the typical tourist paths.

Available amenities include access to a partner parking facility and a complimentary transfer from the train station upon your arrival. Sustainability is an integral part of our philosophy, as evidenced by our ISO 14001 environmental certification, our use of renewable energy, and our daily commitment to reducing our environmental impact.

A place where a welcoming, family-like atmosphere, nature, comfort, and attention to detail come together to offer an authentic experience in the Cinque Terre.
